Scepter’s Blacktop Base Stand is designed with the ability to use Scepter’s innovative fencing technology when work areas or safety areas are required on non-permeable surfaces. The blacktop base will allow you to set up your Scepter fencing system on top of Asphalt, Concrete, Astroturf, Sidewalks, Streets or anywhere hammering into the ground is unavailable, all while maintaining resistance to various wind or climate conditions.
